Document Inspection & Control: Receive, check, and verify the legality and validity of accounting source documents, and inbound/outbound invoices from internal departments and suppliers.
Data Bookkeeping: Accurately and timely record all financial transactions (receipts, payments, bank credits/debits, accounts receivable/payable, revenue, expenses...) into the accounting software.
Accounts Management: Track, reconcile, and expedite collection of accounts receivable; manage and schedule accounts payable to suppliers on time.
Tax Declaration: Prepare periodic tax returns (VAT, PIT, CIT) and reports on invoice usage in accordance with local tax regulations.
Internal Reporting: Consolidate data to prepare revenue-expense reports, cash flow statements, and other management reports as requested by the Chief Accountant or Board of Directors.
Filing & Archiving: Methodically organize and archive accounting books, invoices, vouchers, and commercial contracts for tax finalization or auditing purposes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a General Accountant or Accounting Officer. (Prior experience in F&B, Food Industry, or Distribution Networks is a strong plus).
Technical Skills: * Highly proficient in common accounting software (MISA, FAST...) and office tools (especially advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
Strong understanding of current tax laws and accounting standards.

Attractive Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from VND 10,000,000 – 15,000,000/month (commensurate with capability and experience during the interview).
