Dai Thuan Food’s fish balls require no thawing before preparation and can be cooked directly through various methods such as deep-frying, steaming, or adding to hotpot dishes according to consumer preference:

- Deep-fry over low heat at 150-160°C until evenly golden brown, then remove and drain excess oil.

- Steam in a water bath at 100°C until thoroughly heated.
